Outstanding Slovenian violinist Maja Horvat, winner of the Royal Philharmonic Society’s Emily Anderson prize in 2019, has forged a career as a soloist with international orchestras. She is a founder member of the Brompton Quartet, who made their debut at Wigmore Hall in 2021.
Her recital partner is Australian-born Joseph Havlat, who studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Joanna MacGregor.
