Hosted and curated by Jacob Sam-La Rose, poets working at the forefront of contemporary poetry perform their work across the day. Poets include former and current members of Barbican Young Poets brought together by Jacob Sam-La Rose, a British-Guyanese poet and one of the country’s most inspirational writers and educators

The morning’s readings will include ones by award-winning Kent poet Maggie Harris whose many awards include the Guyana Prize for Literature and Kent University’s TS Eliot Poetry Prize.

Day ticket for all three poetry events £20.00. The evening Open Mic is free.
