Poetry and Music
Hosted and curated by Jacob Sam-La Rose, poets working at the forefront of contemporary poetry perform their work across the day. Poets include former and current members of Barbican Young Poets brought together by Jacob Sam-La Rose, a British-Guyanese poet and one of the country’s most inspirational writers and educators.
In this session, poetry readings are performed by Riwa Saab and Kiki Gilbert, both outstanding young international poets, framed with musical interludes from accordionist Lore Amenabar Larrañaga.
Day ticket for all three poetry events £20.00. The evening Open Mic is free.
