Beethoven & Chamber Music in Vienna

In the coming weeks we focus our attention on the work of Ludwig van Beethoven.  This year marks the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth.

Writer and broadcaster Christopher Cook explains the work of Beethoven in terms of chamber music in Vienna, putting it into its historical context and exploring the individuals that helped and supported Beethoven’s work.

To complement Christopher’s talk we give links to specific works cited in his talk.  In certain cases these are performances by artists or ensembles that have performed in Deal.
