A rousing evening from the National Brass Band Championships award winners, this concert mixes brass band favourites with rock anthems from Freddie Mercury to the Rolling Stones and popular classics by Holst, Vivaldi and Rimsky-Korsakov. Betteshanger Brass is the jewel in the crown of the bands that sprang out of the mining communities of East Kent; their colourful, high-energy programme will appeal to all generations.
