St Mary’s Church, Walmer
Henry V

Tonight’s performance has been moved to St Mary’s Church, Walmer, CT14 7NQ due to rain. Please note that doors will open at 7pm and we look forward to seeing you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring a picnic and we will not be able to offer a bar. Tickets are available on the door.

The beautiful gardens around Walmer Castle are the setting for the Changeling Theatre’s production of Henry V. A young superstar King has ascended the English throne. When his advisors tell him the French throne is rightfully his too, Henry falls for their persuasion. Based on the events of the Hundred Years’ War, Henry V is much more than a historical documentary.

It is a play about the merits of war, set against the moral and personal cost of conflict. Once more unto the breach dear friends
