Linden Hall Studio
32 St George’s Road, Deal, CT14 6BA

The second in our French film series, Jean-Luc Godard’s 1963 New Wave drama, starring Brigitte Bardot, tells of a French playwright’s attempt to work alongside a vulgar American film producer. Sight & Sound critic Colin MacCabe referred to the film as “the greatest work of art produced in postwar Europe”.

Please note this film contains some bad language and nudity.
